The service and bike were perfect!!! Super good staff and amazing value of bike. I rented the bike with 20 dollars for a one day, but it was more than 30 dollars in waikiki brach. With the bike, I had visited Koko Head. The problem is locatio. But if your accommodation is in around here, don’t hesitate!!!!!

I used The Bike Shop to both unpack and repack my Tri-bike for the Honolulu Triathlon. I've done several out of town races and NEVER had a shop work as quickly as these guys did. It was such a relief and pleasure to deal with them. Not only that, they even offered to arrange a back-up road bike for me to use when my own bike delivery got delayed by the airline. Above and beyond service - well done!
