I live right down the road from GoGo eBikes and so I might be cheating. But I get regular service there and they handle everything. To be expected yes, but I have gotten less than service from other places before so I thought it should be mentioned.

Next the bikes they sell are friggin awesome! I got the dual motor and battery version of the electric bike. In hind sight, I probably should've gone with the lighter single motor version because its easier to pick and go as these bikes are foldable, but meh.
Last but not least, the prices aren't super cheap but are extremely fair and well worth the money. If you want a lesser option there are places you can go in the greater Honolulu area. But remember this, you get what you pay for and a quality electric bike eventually pays for itself. That is all!
