Excellent staff. Owner is knowledgeable and offers plenty of encouragement to novices along with training clinics. I've never been disappointed and keep coming back. There maybe other good shops on Oahu but I wouldn't know as I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
I rented a bike when I was in town to participate in the H3 Triathlon, Boca made it super easy and fitted me with a very nice bike as well as transporting it to the event! Then when I did not get my pedals back before leaving they very kindly shipped them to me. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience! I highly recommend them!
Awesome little store, tons of different and very knowledgeable staff on hand who take the time to answer questions and genuinely want to help you out, good quality products, owner is awesome, spent a lot of money here and I feel very comfortable doing so, never regretted a purchase from this store.
I just purchased by second bike from here (Fuji SR). The staff is incredible and very knowledgeable. They're friendly, know their equipment, and will help you pick a bike to fit your budget and needs. Raul was also willing to work with me on the price which is always appreciated!
As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with friendly customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and help me find an appropriate kit. They picked out for me a wide assortment of clothes to try on in their fitting room and were very helpful. I would recomend this place.
