Took my bike there today and all the guys were about to leave and I begged them to true my tires and they did! Then I came to pick my bike up and I decided i wanted to fiddle with my handlebars and they helped me with that. Always a great experience working with these guys. (PS - this was at their repair shop behind Da Spot on King. Not the store itself. Though I'm sure the store is full of nice peoples too.)
Customer service certainly was not as described by other reviewers. Had zero acknowledgement of me being in the store at all. Parking is certainly an issue here - several one-way streets in the area - will cause some frustration. Selection of bikes here isn't bad but selection of parts & accessories is great.
They are very friendly and helpful with getting me started with my first bike. They offer helpful suggestions without trying to over sell me on things that I don't need, and let me make my own purchasing decisions without any pressure. The prices for repairs and installations are written on the board and they have a great selection on products.
The only true sporting goods store left in Honolulu. Good range of products, I was looking for cycling gear and they had a good range at good prices. Knowledgeable service from their team.
Just bought a Giant brand bike from this store and the shopping experience was the best! They set up the bike for me and even let me test it out before buying it. They put my mind at ease and did not pressure me into buying the bike. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. As the other review said, these are the best prices for bikes and accessories in town. Trust me I went to 4 different locations before purchasing my bike. If you are military, you get a discount on accessories.
