I cannot say enough about how accommodating and beyond-expectations store they are. I am 76 and purchased a Blitz e-bike from them three weeks ago. I live several months a year on Maui, and the transaction was all done on the phone. I never went to Honolulu. I had 100+ questions before and after receiving it fully assembled at the Maui dock. They could not have been more patient with my constant call backs with additional questions
