I ordered an e bike on August 14. It was paid in full. It is now Sept 22. I have not received my bike but Henry has already received his profit, probably already spent it. who knows when I'll get it.
But Henry's Great customer service helped

We received excellent customer service! Our bikes were delivered to our hotel early. We learned how each bike operated. We had bike helmets, baskets and locks for both bikes. We were given a few maps and suggestions where we could ride and what we could see. We rode nearly 18 miles in three hours and saw some beautiful scenery! It is really easy to get around Honolulu on an e-bike. At the end of our ride we called and were met at our hotel where the bikes were picked up. The prices were very reasonable! Best of all we had a BLAST!
Aloha E-Bikes is a fantastic business. Very pleasant and very helpful owner, Henry - truly a pleasure to shop at his store. Even after purchase, Henry is always available to help with any issues (which there were very few). Henry cares about his customers, and he is always available to advise or assist, even outside of business hours. My friend and I bought two bikes from him. I highly recommend Aloha E-Bikes for its large selection, good prices, and exceptional customer service!

He should have not applied the charge until I have received my bike, at least not all of the charge. I feel he's more worried about finances rather than customer service
