I completely agree. Went there for a bent front axle. They gave me a used one for a dollar. Extremely helpful and an excellent selection of bikes. My kids next one will be purchased here.
We went to get our old bikes tuned up. We thought the bikes would need some major work since we have not used them for a while. The staff there even talk us out of doing major service to the bikes and only getting a standard maintenance. It saved us over $200.
