Good customer service and good selection of bikes!
They are friendly, and everything I have purchased has been precisely what was needed. To me they are like advisors and foreign ambassadors wrapped in BMX knowledge. Great staff, responsive and very "straight shooters." I never feel they "condescend " to my lack of knowledge and I appreciate they are not "just trying to make a sale."
Went to the bike factory mid waipio to get sized and buy a road bike. It was a good experience with excellent customer service. Found out I needed a 58cm but they did not have any available. He checked down at this store where they had some available for a good price. When my family and I arrived (toddler and pregnant wife) no one even looked up to say welcome, hello, anything you need help with? 6 people working! I made my way to the size bikes I needed and waited there for 20 mins, obviously wanting help. Nothing! They lost a $2000 sale today because they couldn't even provide customer service. Go to the bike factory waipio or better yet the bike store Aiea if you want service.
Friendly helpful team, plenty of bikes, not many road bikes though. Selection of mountain and cruising bikes excellent. Check it out for your cycling needs in Honolulu.
I come down here from Alaska often and I buy part for a friend's son in Ukraine. The folks here are very knowledgeable about BMX and parts!
These guys were super friendly and helpful when I came to buy a bike. I'm a cycling newb and they talked me through it without being condescending or supercilious. Even though I turned up close to closing time they stayed late to complete the transaction and ensure I had everything I needed, without grumbling. A+ service! Thanks guys :)
