Very nice studio rooms with kitchenettes. Layout is a little odd, but it's definitely better than your average hotel room. Location is on the quieter side of Waikiki while still being within walking distance to the beach. You might even get an ocean view depending on how your room is arranged. While the parking is not cheap by any means, the staff are quick and very friendly.
Lovely place to stay walking distance to everything. Service was very pleasant by all staff. We loved it all.
This resort was very nice!! I am a property owner and the unit was very clean and spacious for studio. The staff and concierge was great!! I loved the massage chair in the media lounge.
I stayed here for a week using RCI exchange points. I got the standard timeshare welcome package trying to up-sell me but the staff weren't pushy about it and we're extremely helpful with local knowledge and in answering my questions. The bellman and concierge services were also very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was also impressed by how many of the staff could converse, at least a little, in the several languages that were represented during my time there. The rooms were typical, clean, and what I expected. Nothing fancy but it served our purpose. The pool is not heated at all so be careful in the cooler months. The walk to the beach can be a little confusing but the maps and directions provided by the staff were easy to follow.
I loved my stay here! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are great, and the amenities can't be beat, especially the free laundry (all you have to pay for is the softener). It's also well-positioned in Waikiki such that most things in the area are walk-able, and tour companies can pick you up and drop you back off either right out front, or a block away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
