Newly renovated pool floor has tons has lots of bonus features like grills, cabanas, and new kiddie pool as well as hot tub and normal pool.
We hope to return for the 7th time soon!
Always a joy to stay here. Bell hops go above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. Views are amazing. Beach across the street has plenty of sand for castles and fish swim up to the shore. Acessible to groceries, restaurants and shopping.
Nice place to stay, views from 40th floor were unbeatable. This is not a hotel so not all the services and facilities of a resort but still had enough services there to help travellers. McDonald's is right out front and it's right across the road from the beach and swimming area.
The Resort itself is clean and had everything you need. My only complaint, and only because it's not the norm for me, is the valet parking. I'd rather pick up and park my own vehicle. Most people rent cars when they vacation here.....I can see how easy it would be to allow damage to go unnoticed until time to turn it in to the rental company. Nice pool and hot tub. The gyms are surprisingly well equipped for this type of place.
