Rooms are clean centrally located to almost everything. Staff is friendly. If your a smoker there are no accommodations for smokers you have to stand on the sidewalk by the road. Other wise decent place to stay.
Went with 2 young children on November 2016. Loved this place. Have read rooms are a bit outdated & maintenance could use improvement, but honestly I've never stayed in a reasonably priced hotel in Honolulu where I wouldn't say the same. The rooms with kitchenettes have everything you need, hotel atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, everyday people happy to have you there. The grounds are beautiful but simple & small. I always found common areas clean & often saw staff attending to the areas. Great location, close to everything but not in the middle of congestion. Will stay here every visit if possible!
Clean and simple. The resturant downstairs opens late. I like the service from all the staff. I have not yet received any bad service. The food is great!
Just tried to check-in for our honeymoon. We were supposed to stay here one night. Called earlier this week and everything was good to go. Came in after traveling over 10 Hours and they neglected to tell us earlier in the day that our room had been damaged. Really? You guys couldn’t have called us to tell us before we got there? Thankfully the other hotel was able to help us. Re-evaluate how you contact your guest. Super unprofessional.
I usually don't write review but I want give my feedback so at least they can make some upgrades or remodeling on this place. I don't think this hotel deserves a a star for rating. Motel6 is totally way better than this yet cheaper than place. For a hotel that's is Hawaii I expected more from this place but like they always say you get what you pay for. Parking is not a good idea if you have a car or rent a car, because parking at that place is first come first and it's $35 per day to park your car there. I had to park my car to the public parking across the street but still have to pay for it and it's $18 for 24hrs. I totally recommend people to visit Hawaii and enjoy the place but this hotel stay away from it unless you don't mind being roommates with bugs. I only saw one person at the desk the whole time I stayed there. The Soda vending machines where sold out and the snack vending machines was out of order. If you don't mind the cheap stay at hotels by all means you probably won't mind this place.
