WOW!!! The staff at the Ritz was top notch!! They were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. And the view AMAZING!!
5 stars is not enough for this hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is amazing, location is awesome, food and fantastic! We stayed here for 7 nights and we had an amazing time.... I have to add one last comment about this place. If you like easy access to good restaurants and shopping this is the best hotel in downtown Honolulu but if you’re coming for beach and water activity choose something different bcuase you’re not near the water. Over all 10 stars!!
Excellent hotel. Beautiful room, with amazing view of the beach. The staff were the best ever. Extremely accommodating and helpful. A great place to stay.
Top notch hotel with exquisite service and beautiful views. I highly recommend BOTH of their restaurants; BLT and Sushi Sho. Every detail is polished and every employee has amazing hospitality skills. As with all Ritz Carltons, this place blows all other hotels out of the water. There's a large mirror behind the bar so you can eat lunch or drink and still see the waves! Very clever and a nice touch.
Very conveniently located. Short walk to the beach and shopping malls. Friendly staff , good house keeping services. Swimming pool hot tub and Gym services available.
