Great place!!! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of down town Waikiki but if you want it is just a 5 min walk away. We stayed in the club voyager 47 ocean front view room and it was perfect. A million dollar view every morning and evening. Perfect sunset view every night. We will be back

Deserves 4.5 but that’s not an option. Great location. Best possible location, really. On its “own” beach right beside Waikiki. Steps from the best shopping and restaurants. Hotel is an open breezeway concept, very nice. Pool is smallish but not terrible. Too cold. Beach is gorgeous but has limited depth so it is very busy and tight. But there is no global warming according to trump so the beach should be fine long term. Service is good. Higher end staff (at check in etc) are above average. Servers and maid staff average. Tight affiliation with Wyndham timeshare gets aggravating as you can’t even talk to concierge without getting pitched. Takes away from the upscale feel. Overall, I would return. Rooms aren’t nearly as dated as some reviews claim. I had a cheaper room that yes, was beside a condo. But privacy was fine and even we had a partial ocean view. Just a good place overall. Expensive but should be on your list.

Staying in a partial Ocean View room and it is comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and the activities desk helped us plan different things to enjoy during our stay and was able to save us some money. Hotel is right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Food is good. Great location close to many shops and restaurants and on Fridays you can see the fireworks from their beach. My fiancee and I are having a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Met with members of command for Hail & Farewell at completion of deployment, visiting Hawaii on the way to mainland. Great food and atmosphere but was tired. I REALLY did not want to have to cook my own steak. But there was a pretty hefty extra charge for them to cook it. I guess some people like that activity but I just wanted to order a steak, enjoy my friends and colleagues, and not have to get up and cook.

We stayed in a King Partial Ocean View and got a room in the Ocean tower. The partial view was better than expected and the room was very spacious. Being steps away from the beach was worth every dollar, the only issue was the beach right in front of the hotel was a bit rocky and had some sharp coral. We heard going closer to the middle of Waikiki the beach was a softer sand, but all in all it was a great resort, with nice amenities. We would recommend it for a cheaper option directly on Waikiki.
