Called to make a reservation but I soon changed my mind after talking to the front desk clerk, Jasmine. She was very snotty and snappy. Every question I asked she had a snappy answer for. I asked if we could just come in and make the reservation since we weren't sure what day we would be leaving and she replied, "That's up to you, ma'am!" Like ok? A simple yes or no would be fine. Definitely will never stay at this hotel.
If you're PCSing this isn't a bad NGIS location. However, if your TAD you'll need a rental car and not mind staying at a place that is below Motel 6 standards; that includes the "suites." NGIS needs to update their information for each room to include the locations based on type of reason for stay. The suites as they call them are not suites by any standard. I had to clean my room thoroughly after discovering hair and trash remaining in the bathroom and kitchen areas; way below military standards for sure. If you're TAD here it's best to stick with Pearl Harbor side as there are means for transportation for the area and the proximity to gym, eateries, and supplies are within walking distance of one block or less.
Terrible availability. Navy can't be trusted to run billeting on an AF base.
Excellent overnight or extended stay on base accommodations. The staff is super friendly and the rooms have always been clean and come with everything you'll ever need. Prefect for the Space A traveler.
No AC and staff is disrespectful.
