I would stay here again. Rooms had kitchenette, some bigger ones have microwave and a stove but ours didn't. Still, the sink was nice for baby stuff and dishes were useful for eating in.
Smaller than a lot of the other hotels, positioned close to beach and shopping drag. Casual, homely sort of feel and the staff are really friendly and very efficient. Check-in was very accommodating. Minor quibbles with our room safe and the plumbing were fixed quickly and without a fuss. Breakfast buffet is casual and cheap. Pool could open a bit earlier than 9 but all in all a really nice place
The vouchers you get for the restaurant are great. Definitely don't spend your money on the buffet breakfast get the food from the cafe instead.

They only down side of this hotel is the added resort fee. I am not blaming this hotel only for doing it. All the Waikiki hotels seem to do it and they are exceedingly annoying.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and even standard rooms include extra items like plates, cutlery and a toaster. The hotel is a little bit older but has been renovated very nicely. When we checked in, our air conditioner wasn't working and they replaced the air conditioner unit with a new one in half an hour. Also, the location is excellent!

It's a nice hotel. They have a DVD rental stand which is included in the stay.
The pool says it is heated, it is not. It's nice when the sun is out and it's super hot, but otherwise it's pretty cold. The ocean is warmer then the pool. The kitchens are a nice thing. If you are there for a long time or are there with a family it would be a good choice.
