The NGIS staff was friendly and helpful with multiple people checking in all at once. The rooms were comfortable and close to base amenities.

I've never stayed in the rooms, but I participated in events in the conference room. The temperature control in that room is a bit off. It takes a long time for it to cool off. If you're doing an event in there, come early enough to adjust the temp to your liking.
Overall nice BOQ. Needs better A/C and beware of all the bugs!
