The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, beds comfortable, and you get a refrigerator, stove, and microwave for less than what you'd pay elsewhere in Waikiki for just a room. You also get free parking--first come first serve, so if the lot is full you pay for parking elsewhere. We've come here almost every year for about eight years and the only drawback is that the internet has always been terrible to non-existent. It is a source of constant frustration to us, and we wish that they would change providers.
Stayed for about a week. The place is going under renovation but was still good. Stayed in the studio suite with 2 beds. Good and roomy. The room includes a kitchen and amenities which is good. Wish the shower was stronger and had more water coming out as the lack of pressure makes you need to shower longer. Overall, would stay again.
The location was great and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Waikiki. Had no problem with the service ( almost no interaction other than the check-in and check out). While the room was spacious, everything was a bit old and outdated, and gave the feeling of 80's motel. With that being said, the location and the privacy outweigh the look and feel of the room. This is particularly true if you don't plan to spend much time in the room, given that you'll be in Hawaii.

Quaint & full of character. You could argue that the fittings in the room are dated but we weren't too bothered about that. Very clean and everything worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful- we had a car so the free car parking was a big bonus for us - if we come back to Hawaii we'll no doubt stay here again :)
Big room. Friendly staff. Parking is free. Nothing to complain about. I'd stay there again.
