P.S. I would have given 5 across the board if it wasn't for the damn TV placement on the wall , what were you thinking putting it along side of the bed , specially in a room with two double beds. We (3) of us all have stiff necks . Now that I'm done writing this , I am looking for a good day spa
Pleasant hotel well-located about a block from the beach. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet including gluten-free options. Great service. We've stayed here before & will stay here again.
The good: service in reception and bar is great. Clean hotel. Nice big rooms. And great location.
The bad: breakfast is poor and over crowded. Long wait times for elevators.
Extremely disappointed that the pool would be closed. Was not made aware until I read the note in the room. Another pool made available two blocks away. So much for "taking a dip" in the pool to cool off.
The staff are all great , they were very helpful speacaily for this first timer, and they truly want their guests to enjoy their visit to the Islands. Very Very clean.
Disappointed in Hyatt's service and will not book with them in the future.
The breakfast area was a mess. Too many people bumping into one another in small area.

Customer service by front desk employee was appalling. Pretty much called me a liar. Needed to have card remagnatized, but did not have identification with me (we were at the beach).
