6 nights 7 days. Front desk was really helpful. brought us a crib for the infants. Concierge services were very accommodating. A game room - a pool - good breakfast options. spectacular views all around the Inn.
Amenities are nice. Breakfast is actually impressive (diversity in foods). Rooms are way too packed in. Doors slamming all through the night will wake you up. Loud housekeeping if you decide to sleep in past 8am. Non-insulated doors are a big problem with this hotel. A good peaceful sleep is dependent on the company around you as you can hear every coming and going in the halls. Decent folks that will take care to close their room doors quietly were not found on our floor. A little investment in door closing arms goes a long way and will make the occupants not startle awake at 3 in the morning with a slam. Bathrooms are fairly nice and clean, but do not expect personal space. Housekeeping is courteous when asked for new towels or that your room is ready. For tourists looking for budget hotels and those that don't spend much time asleep this is a decent place. I sleep better by the pool as I am exhausted from being awoken at night/morning multiple times.
The rooms are nice and look recently renovated. The air-conditioning however is a dog. The system is not a central system so each room has a window unit which is extremely noisy even on low. In our room the unit was next to the bed so cold air blasts your face as you try to sleep through the sound of the compressor. Air-condition is your only choice as there are no balconies and the window only opens a few inches. Got very stuffy without the ac. This hotel has a decent gym and the free breakfast is quite generous.
Amazing location and view from top floor. Staff were very helpful and suggested good options. Fun activities like pool, putt putt golf, spa and very short walk to shops and Waikiki beach. Recommended! Price is also reasonable.
Stopped in for a one night stay in December using our free rewards night. Nice open air lobby with friendly staff that check us in quickly and we were headed up within 10 minutes. Room was a lot smaller than what I was expecting. Think New York City Times Square size room if you've been there. Either way it was clean with a night tiled shower so it was nice enough for a free night. Did not park there but I think it's $20/night. They did give free breakfast tickets but we didn't not get a chance to try it out.
