Room was super clean. Staff was on top of everything. We had a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic room. Great customer service. Had a conversation with Susan at the front desk weeks before the trip and she remembered everything we spoke about, set us up in accommodation that were needed and treated us like she knew us forever. That's what you want to experience when your on vacation. If you have Hilton timeshare and ever in Hawaii, you want to check out this resort.
Room was beautiful. Spacious and relatively clean. Great amenities. I think the 1 thing I didn't like was the area rug in the living room was stained...dark splotches.
Hilton Grand Vacation dropped the ball on our Reservation, the Hokalani was truly a perfect paradise. The staff, suits and entire stay was exceptional!!!!! Mahalo!!
