Terrific beach. However of all the Hilton properties we've stayed at the service is the worst. Arrived late and waited twenty mins to get to check in the first night only to be shown to a room we were told was an upgrade. When we were informed of the upgrade we asked if the room would fit two cots because we originally booked a king and double pull out. The cots didn't fit. It was now eleven at night and we were traveling with young kids. Tried calling the front desk. No answer. The person delivering the cots called. No answer. My husband called thirty minutes later and finally we got someone. We were finally offered another upgrade if we paid for it to a room that would actually sleep everyone. The next day the room wasn't cleaned and there were not enough towels. When I called down I was informed that we must have put the do not disturb sign on. We didn't. Service here is deplorable for a Hilton. While you can't beat the beautiful hotel and beach I think there are better hotels in the area. Especially if you plan on seeing sights.
