THEY ARE SUPER RUDE. EVERYONE
We have rented from this location 4 times in two different visits to Oahu. I have never had any problems with this location. Fast service, decent prices for Waikiki, and laid back nice staff. I usually reserve online to make sure I get a car. Thanks for everything we will be back.

- forgot my cellphone in the first car. noticed after 30 minutes and went back to the shop. they said they could not look for it until the next day. Sunday they told me the same thing, then Monday they said they could not find the car and finally on Tuesday they told me it was lost. I have GPS track the last usage location was at their shop. Only their staff or maintenance had access to the car. Someone from their team stole my phone.
- first car had battery problem and would not start 20 minutes after leaving the car shop

AT THIS PLACE WERE YELLING TO EVERYONE. Even one star is too much.

The service is horrible, employees are very RUDE! Plus the GPS is a phone, uses data, so it needs the signal, and it wsa a nightmare going around, and I had to pay 120$ for nothing! Choose HERTZ! MUCH BETTER
Accommodating and cordial. Got a rental for 2 days and the car did what it had to do. The staff were friendly. No complaints on my end.
good location and they don't care about business attitude at all. We should let them know we are the customer not their money cows.
Their fleets looks like old model and I got pretty much used car with a lots of scratches and dings.
