I was not in caught in any lines like other reviews but I can see that happening as it's a single desk location.
But the car had gone somewhere...
I kindly refused that advice and stated that you are in a call center. I need to speak to someone at the location. That finally occurred and was told to park the car in valet and come up to close out the contract.
Our reservation was for 8am. We arrived a bit early to pickup our vehicle on a Sunday, but there was only one rep working. We didn't leave with our vehicle until about 830am.
I got there late after they closed and they still helped me out. I would have been stuck had they just pointed to the closed sign. That was much appreciated!
Bad service, nothing more than it.
Of course we had a reservation.
Come early and don't be in a rush - this is a really small location for renting.
Staff is easygoing and pleasant to deal with. Bad note is I reserved a premium car and they didn't have any but they have me a brand new Chrysler 200 that did the job.
I informed the guy working about what the rental drop off trouble and he just apologized.
And the other day, we had to wait so long time, about 20-30 min.
I reserved a car at 1 pm, and get here 3 pm.
Whithout any emails, without any canceling process, the car was rend to someone else....
The vehicle was okay during our rental, but when returning things got complicated when I needed to return the vehicle. We were never told how to park it when returning. I called the number that came up for the location on Google Maps, but was directed to a Hertz call center. After explaining what I needed I was transferred again to the department that handles rental extensions. The rep answering the phone in the rental extension department told me just to park it in front of the hotel where the Hertz was located.
