Car was great and served us well. Unfortunately, we did not know they don't accept cash at AVIS and they wouldn't take our debit travel card either. This ended in a lot of international fees, transactions and disappointment.
- forgot my cellphone in the first car. noticed after 30 minutes and went back to the shop. they said they could not look for it until the next day. Sunday they told me the same thing, then Monday they said they could not find the car and finally on Tuesday they told me it was lost. I have GPS track the last usage location was at their shop. Only their staff or maintenance had access to the car. Someone from their team stole my phone.
- first car had battery problem and would not start 20 minutes after leaving the car shop

I have used this company numerous times for many years. I have never been able to get a cheaper rate from anyone else and I have never had any issues when I went to pick up the car. I appreciate that I can cancel at any time without penalty and I don't need to reserve with any credit card information. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them!
Great booking agent. Used them to book a rental car on Kaua'i October 2017. Was able to contact them about my flight changes and they were able to notify the rental company whom I had no problems with. Good service all round. Will definitely be booking with them once I return.
