If you are going there at night, make sure you know where it is as it's a little hard to find in the dark.
Staff was helpful and nice. Call them before getting a Groupon.
Not the newest car I've ever rented and I didn't get a choice, but I could care less. It was a old Corolla and did the job without over charging me!!! And I blended into Hawaii perfectly.

Just called when we landed and they asked me to call back after baggage claim. Ten minutes later they picked us up and took us to the office to sign papers and pay. No probs.
Way more reasonable rates than the big chains like enterprise, avis, herts ect...

Best car rental place on Oahu by far. They don't nickle and dime you like the big rental companies or try to upsell you at every turn. They rent older cars in great shape, but you don't look like a tourist so you can relax when you park the car on a side road when doing a hike.

Pickup and drop off service available.
Only problem for us? They are only open until 8pm so we had to use The Bus to get to our Air BnB until The Lucky Owl staff picked us up the next morning.
