These people are just HORRIBLE. They use any chance to rip you off. They want us to pay $400 for just a 1 inch scratch ON THE BUMPER, and they are trying to push all the old scratches to us too and make us pay for it. I rented cars millions of times and never had such issues with enterprise or any other rental company. Very unreasonable and disrespectful staff.
I love the fact that if you're Hertz gold, you just go to the counter and they hand you your contact, keys and you're on your way! Most times contact emailed to you so you just grab your keys!!!! Real convenience!

I will never rent from here again. I have used my business card with the company owners name on it several times at this location and that I had reserved the car with and the same card I use daily for transactions all over. Tonight in the middle of the night after a 15 hour flight and being up for much longer than that, The lady at the counter says she can't use it. So I am taking a speedi shuttle which I have used quite a bit also, and will never rent from Hertz again.
