Not impressed at all. Even though i had a reservation with car seats for a specific hour, when i arrived the car was not ready, they didn't have seats, very unprofessional. Also dropping car off was horrible as the lot was full and there was no place to leave yhe car, waisted 30min driving around jntill somebody left and liberated a stall.
Booked the car online, showed up early...long line went pretty fast. They were super busy but still got us in our car relatively quickly. Best thing was that we were automatically upgraded from a compact to a full size! Only bad thing: agent that checked us in didn’t explain anything about the insurance policy. Good thing Dennis clarified it for us when he gave us the car. Dennis was also friendly when we turned in the car...way to go! Overall: great experience, would definitely recommend this location!
