This one gouges prices by 300% so I suggest you do not bring your vehicle for service if you know the issue.
Excellent Lexus car services. If purchased new, free annual vehicle safety inspection. Waiting area if you choose to wait, with coffee, water, etc. They also have a free shuttle to/fm certain locations. If you are purchasing a car and have an excellent sales person (as I have) who provides you with options, does not push to make a sale, answers all your questions, excellent place to go.
Having the 12v battery replaced on a Lexus RX450h. NOT the hybrid battery. Should have been about $100 at a normal Mainland Lexus dealer.
Unfortunately it’s the only Lexus service dealer on Oahu.

Nothing much changed. Treated way better at Porsche of Hawaii and Honolulu Ford where I have both purchased and serviced cars in the past. Leaving at 2 stars as its definition is "Meh, I've experienced better" is certainly true of Servco Lexus.
Just because it is Hawaii doesn’t mean they have the right to charge an absurd amount.

Unlike previous reviews, I did not have an issue dressing casually. But if you know a service person like Harry then I suggest you ask for that person by name or else you will wait a while.
Don't come in dressed down aloha attire. If you don't look rich, they will ignore you. Shows me they are not service oriented. I have to go back and deal with Servco in a few days, maybe that experience will change my mind, however at this time 2 stars is all they are worth.
Here I am at Lexus again for my car tires. I must have a lemon. I just spoke to another woman who came in for the same reason. Tire pressure light is on. I bought the insurance and rather than honor the insurance Lexus avoids filing a claim until we complain.
But the first car we got was junk.We paid too much for it because on paper the mechanical problems were supposed to have been taken care of by their mechanic, were not! Trade it for another one, lost almost 2000 hard worked for $$$ in TWO months!
