I loved my experience here, the dealers were great, friendly, they got me everything I wanted and needed. It wasn’t until after I had my car that the problems started. I’m not one to write reviews but they’ve let me down and upset me to the point that I feel I should warn others about this place. It’s been 5 months since I purchased my vehicle and I still don’t have my license plates. I’ve called multiple times in a week and I’ve called less since they “promise” I should have by next week. They’ve literally said that for 5 MONTHS now. I paid good money for my car and I know the men who sold it to me made a great commission from it, the least they could do is earn what they’ve made. I’m about to have to go pick up my THIRD temp plate, seriously. When I asked what else could do to speed this along I was told I could go to the DMV. That was not part of the contract, that was not ever stated, that is ridiculous that they are so incompetent they’re suggesting that customers do their job for them. Don’t go here unless you love paying a high price to be disappointed and to have to do take matters into your own hands, even when you were told and promised otherwise.

Aaron, has been averaging 2-3 hours maximum that's including detailing of the vehicle and walking the lot looking for my next purchase which I find awesome. I never felt like he was taking a break in the back room saying he was working with his Manager to get me that done deal. He's been honest with simple YES I can or NO i can't, BUT I'm willing to try for YOU attitude!!!
Great friendly staff made the experience easy. Only thing you can't count on is the detailing shop. They do awful work and I have bought two car from them in the last year. If I owned a dealership no way I'd send cars off the lot the way they do. The customer service is top notch just be prepared to clean what you buy new or used as I have done both from them.
Took my H3 in for a recall. Jason was friendly and professional, work was completed quickly and even threw in a multipoint inspection and carwash at no charge. Highly impressed with the customer service from Cutter Chevy
