So the negative reviews for this place are false because I have had nothing but a positive outcome from this establishment. I took my Jeep Wrangler in to trade in and they gave me a very fair trade in price and even had a nice more affordable Jeep for me to purchase. I was very nervous trading in a vehicle I still had a loan on but they paid the loan off and had me on my way in a better vehicle. Well today I just picked up my title for my vehicle and I can tell you it’s a beautiful thing to have a vehicle that runs great for a great price paid in full. Ron is the nicest, best damn salesman I have ever met and he made my entire experience amazing!!! And Randi who manages all the finances, kept me informed the entire way through paying off my Jeep and getting my new title. I highly recommend you ask for Ron and feel blessed and relaxed when you sit down with Randi as she walks you through step by step to financial freedom. These people are what make Hawaii great and I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need another vehicle!

Ron was pretty nice and tried to get me into a Ranger. He made the monthly payments match what I needed so I could afford it, but the interest rate for financing was more than double every other loan with the same terms I've ever had. These guys aren't terrible, and that's pretty good for a used car lot.

Fraud alert. This place is as sketchy as it looks when you visit. They use fake Carfax reports while trying to sell vehicles that have been in multiple accidents. For this, they are currently under investigation. Even for car dealerships, this is a lowly and untrustworthy place. Great place to be defrauded.
I have not had a good interaction with this dealership since purchasing our vehicle. It's been 2 1/2 months since getting it and we started having problems 3-4 weeks after we got it. We purchased the extended warranty but was also told we had a 90 day warranty through the dealership. We took the vehicle to them to let them know of the issue and was referred to their mechanic. He couldn't find anything wrong after having it for a week and sent it home with us. On the way home the car died and we were stranded on the side of the road. Come to find out the "mechanic" didn't hook the fuel line back up correctly and fuel was everywhere. We than took it to Goodyear for our extended warranty and found out that the warranty hadn't even been submitted yet. More waiting. Once submitted car was fixed but Goodyear couldn't get ahold of warranty company for payment. More waiting. Once paid we go to pick up car and sound is still there. Mechanic inspects again and finds front axle issue. Which should be covered by choice auto as per their 90 day warranty. Nope. Not what they say ( these people are liars). Fuss fuss fuss. Finally they say they will pay for that issue. One cool thing they did was giving us a loaner while the car was in the shop. Not without hassle though. We have gotten 3 messages saying we need to return it because people want to buy it and and that our vehicle is fixed. Nope. Vehicle still not fixed. It's been in the shop for a about a month now. Also, just got a letter in the mail saying that the title hasn't been submitted to our loan company yet and we will have to readjust our loan.
