My experience with them was over all good. I feel like I paid a little too much for my truck and the fees were high so only 4 stars. But the truck was in great condition had it for over 30,000 miles and had very little problems with it and I feel like it was given to me in great shape. Fresh shocks and well checked out. Also I had an issue with the safety not being up to date when I bought it. Got me pulled over. But I went back to the shop and they gave me a loaner car while they took care of it, and that was cool of them. having seen my wife get ripped off by another dealership id recommend this place.
We bought a car from here that we found on the ussa website, we test drove it and didn't buy it. Well we decided to get it a few days later without test driving it and it broke down not even 10 minutes after leaving this s*** hole! General manager won't give us our money back, they have the car. He was so rude! He told me that i must have drove over a bump and broke it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My husband is military and doesn't make much so we are at a complete lose. He told us that he would be talking legal actions, same thing we are doing. READ YELP REVIEWS!!!
I won’t get into much detail but basically they got my warranty refund check in the mail, suggested that the employee that told me that she had it no longer works there (implying she stole it), and are refusing to issue me the check no reason and because I’m off the island I can’t do much but call over and over just to have them refuse to put me on the phone with a manager or owner! I’ve been remarkably nice and patient! They’ve been giving me the run around for months now for hundreds of dollars!
I would recommend this dealership any day! Bought a car from them without a warranty and a couple days later my air stopped working and air bag light came on, I called them to see if they would look at it and told me to bring it in and they would fix the problem. It was just a fuse now everything is great! If they ever get a bad review I would say it is lack of communication because they are extremely helpful.
