It's a used car dealership. So be prepared for the standard used car salesmen speeches and tactics--BUT they did wrestle a great interest rate out of the bank in order to get us financed at our desired monthly rate. Would not have been able to get the loan without them. Just go in knowing what you will, and will not accept in terms and be firm.
First, we waited 1.5 hours to be given our car after a 30 hour flight, and the staff was unapologetic.
salesman Louie was great. the owner came out but forgot we are possible customers so failed to introduce himself or the simple courtesy of a greeting. Louie could've got the sale of Jeep but owner attitude sucked! don't come to this hideaway dump!
The company likely doesn't know or care about any problems any of the cars have, so if you're willing to take a risk or if you're a car expert be my guest you may get lucky.
Friendly people, read the low reviews, saw the opposite when I visited. Good place
Went in after reading the reviews, nothing too surprising. The lot is very packed, they have plenty of rental customers and they had a bigger variety of cars than I thought. I went in looking to buy, the sales associate was friendly and casual also very helpful did not rush me at all. But unfortunately the cars had a low overall quality with average prices like if you were to buy a trade in from a dealership but with out the repairs and refurbishment.another thing I noticed is they keep old info so the cars will look better or look like they haven't been used as rentals and they also are almost all auction bought vehicles so they likely haven't done anything to the cars since the purchase other than a wash. The manager plays aggressive and carefree, and has no interest in lowering the price so don't even try.
Second the rental company failed to keep an updated registration and safety inspection in/on the vehicle, which we were pulled over for. We called to tell the company, who said (and I quote) "so what do you want us to do about it." They also hung up on us when we told them we were dissatisfied customers that wanted them to fix their mistake.
I would give negative stars if I could. We originally booked a rental car through this company because it was cheap. Lesson learned.
Horrible business ethics, terrible customer service, and overall shady business. Please do not support people like this.
