I traded in my truck for a car at Autosource in late July 2017. They still have not paid off my truck's loan balance and it's now late September!! Save yourself a headache, which is what I'm currently experiencing, and go car shopping somewhere else.
The customer service was amazing! I never made any appointment but as soon as I pulled in to the parking lot there were people outside greeting me and their staff was very helpful and patient considering we had test driven about 12 different cars. After finally deciding on a car that I wanted they did the paperwork and everything very fast and easily. They were able to bring my $27,000 car payment down to only $350 a month!
I am very happy with both the car that I bought as well as the service I received. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Jason quite emphatically to everybody.
These folks were great. I had an urgent need to get a car quickly and they really came through for me. Maureen, Mike and everyone else made sure I got the best deal possible. I left with an Audi A4/S4 thousands of dollars bellow blue book. Now, having driven the car a few days, everything is perfect. I love my new car. Within 5 minutes of walking in (even though I was 2 hours early for my appointment), I was sitting with Jason Bowman and working on the paperwork. I laid out exactly what I needed from the dealership (i.e. the specific car, and that I needed to be out of there by 6 PM -- this was around 3 PM), and it was delivered. Jason was prompt, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond what I expected, even going out of their way to handle a couple concerns I mentioned obliquely (like replacing the battery in one of the keys). I was quite impressed by this dealership and I felt like customer service was a priority. The USAA loan went through them quickly and I didn't have to deal with other lending parties I was unfamiliar with.
My experience with Autosource was great. My other car had broken down and I was under the gun to get a car quickly (I couldn't do my job without one). After shopping around, I found out that Autosource was a registered USAA dealership. Within a few minutes I had found the car I wanted, gotten loan approval, and made an appointment.
Not to mention it also took two months to receive the registration of the car I purchased. My temporary safety stickers expired, while I was waiting for the registration.
Seriously, go car shopping somewhere else.
Great salesman and service. Small issue after the sale. Owner was very professional I would recommend Autosource to anyone looking for used high end vehicles in great condition.
9/30/2017 - Autosource finally paid off the loan, after two months. Sad.
