I've dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu for over four years. This service visit was the best yet. Dropped the car off, took the shuttle home and four hours later was in another shuttle back to pick up the car. It was ready, and Devin, my outstanding service representative, quickly had me on the road and home again. Excellent service, personal attention and a friendly atmosphere. Five star service.
Incredible service from the min we drove in to the sales floor and service department. The place was immaculate and everyone was helpful. The customer service was definitely 5 star and the service department was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. I guess that's also why I chose to keep buying and driving there cars. Highly recommend this dealership and I usually have nothing nice to say about car dealerships.
