I had a very bad experience with this company. Regardless they picked up my bike providing no paperwork or information on where i could come get it. Once i got all my paperwork situated with the bank i went to retrieve my bike. They charged a $600 hook up fee, as well as other bogus astronomical charges. When i asked to receive a copy of the paperwork so that i may see why my bill was so high they told me that can't give me an itemized receipt, and that i will have to track down who ever they send it to at the bank. They didn't provide me with a name, who they were sending it to sending me on a wild goose chase. Making a stressful situation even worse.
