Mike in the Service Department and the technicians went above and beyond to find the root of my car issues and doing so at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. They were booked solid for a week and were able to see my car on a standby. I'm extremely grateful for the customer service received!
I brought my vehicle here for service on the driver side window. The window had stopped rolling down due to a wiring issue. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back Thursday and the window seemed to be fixed. Total, it cost me around $330. By Saturday morning, the window had already stopped working again. I called the service department and spoke to the manager who refused to helped me, saying that they "can't guarantee wiring because they don't know how many times I've opened and closed the door." That answer just seems like a complete cop out. For the price I paid, I expect my car to work for more than 48 hours. However, I needed to get the window fixed in order to pass a safety inspection, so I asked if there's any way she would be willing to cut me a deal on bringing it back and she said no, informing me it would probably cost around $480 for parts and labor. So they basically charged me $330 for nothing and then wanted me to pay MORE for something they didn't fix the first time.
The team at JN Chevrolet are the best in the business , will explain things, treated me well and gave me fantastic pricing. They also gave realistic trade-in value for my used vehicle unlike most of the other dealers. Thus making this dealership in its own league among the others! The staff at JN Chevrolet really did an awesome job in making our purchasing experience a pleasant one. Really great at listening to what we were in the market for, showed us the options, made recommendations, didn't try to push the sale towards something we couldn't afford and, in the end, we came away with a great purchase and feeling like family.
My experience at JN Chevy was better than I expected. I got the best salesperson anyone could ever ask for. Mr. Holder was very patient and understanding and tried his best to make sure I got the car I wanted within my budget. The dealership is very reasonable; I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! Ask for Ryan Holder while you're at it! he's the best!
