We bought a very nice used BMW from this car dealership in September. Was pleased with the car. BUT... They messed up the paperwork. Even though we paid cash for the car, we still don't have the title (it is nearly Christmas). They won't give it to us although we call several times a month to beg them for it. They accidentally gave us the wrong kind of warranty and now they are bugging us all the time to drive all the way out to Waipahu where they are located to fix their mistake. We've told them we will be happy to drive there and fix the warranty when they have the title ready for us to pick up. Stalemate. Nothing has changed in three months. I would not recommend this place, they are too careless with important details.
Cutter group gets five stars but Sutah Chirayunon is a TEN STAR dude. Knowledeable, professional, and HONEST. Yeah, that's right I said an honest cars salesman. He helped my wife and I find the car that exactly met our needs and exceeded our expectations on how much car we could afford. We never felt pressured and as crazy as it sounds Sutah made the whole experience enjoyable. We will buy all of our future vehicles from Sutah and Cutter Auto and I recommend that you do the same.
I've been dealing with Cutter for a few years. I've never had an issue when it came to customer service. Jarrett and his team have been up front with me since day one. Look, WAY before you decide on buying a vehicle (probably the second largest purchase next to buying a house) you should do some homework. MSRP is just that. There is a dealer markup, fees and other taxes. Can they afford some wiggle room? Of course. But you aren't going to get it for 10's of thousands of dollars off. Side note: You are on an island...there are a few dealerships around. Shop, review and invest some time into making a solid decision.
