Are shopping at Don quijote's and I was not happy with my Sprint services... So I had seen Verizon in Don Quixote many times while shopping and stop tint on evening and it was only one gentleman there and he was very intelligent and knowledgeable of all their phones and all their contracts and discounts I talked to him for a shot while had another appointment had to be too so I left and told him I'd be back I came back the next weekend and there were 4 different people there and I asked for the gentleman that talked to previously and they said they had fired him I couldn't understand why the guy was an excellent salesman very personable and a great job...
Went to Verizon today not knowing what I really wanted and not interested in changing from Samsung to Apple however; Cherish had helped me understand the difference. Cherish had helped me make my decision to upgrade to apple feel at ease. Cherish was awesome and helped me pick a phone still within my budget and works to my liking. Working with cherish was a pleasure and she was amazing with explaining the deals i rate her a 5 and think everyone should see her too get some good customer service.

I had to go back to the store because I needed help with my new smartphone. This is the place where excellent customer service is found. Richard Chiang is also extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and he's cute too girls! His mother would be very proud of him!!!
But the worst spot is Stila come the phone didn't even last a year it overheats all the time even when I'm not using it and it's not on I have it in my pocket and it gets so hot I have to take it out when I first got it I could charge it once and it would last a day and a half one charge now I have to charge you twice a day just to get through the day and I also bought a spare battery that I can plug into it because it constantly runs out of charge in one day.
This is the store to go to; staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, Kristin Remington was also wonderful. And very knowledgeable about S. Eastern art as well!
But the phone that I was purchasing the pixel by Google is a new phone and I liked it very much and decided to push on and hope that everything turned out okay well it didn't it was a disaster she also conned me into purchasing a portable WiFi unit which I didn't want but she said if I bought it it would B for free and I wouldn't have to pay for it at all come to find out I had to pay $10 a month to have it she also informed me that I can return it within 5 days and there would be no charge I took it home that night. I plugged it in turn it on logged on to it through my laptop and my new pixel phone and it was so slow the buffering went on forever every time I try to open a new page or research a subject it would take forever for the page to come up so depending on her return policy of a feet free week trial I returned it the next day well it stayed on my account for almost a year they charge me $10 every month I finally noticed it and reported it and was given a refund after many many conversations with managers and corporate office managers in the mainland and assistant managers and distributors I would not recommend the store to anyone the manager is high pressure sales he's on your back the whole time trying to push them on you he kept on taking the sales for me that it only been there 3 weeks aside and speaking into her ear so I could not hear and then she would come back and she say well I'm going to change this and do something different I'm going to change that and do something different and each time it got more expensive I was trying to reduce my bill from the $75 at Sprint which one up to 95 after a year I wanted to reduce it back down to 70 $80 my bill now is 125 and 35 a month for one phone with unlimited phone calls text messaging and internet....

The first person I met on my second visit was a Caucasian local man who I believe was the manager and he was training some new employees who didn't know what they were doing at all he had to answer all their questions so he was working customers and then having to stop and help employees working customers and having to stop and help employees so I never got his at all... He passed me off to a new female employee that has only been there a few weeks she was not familiar with any of the processes of selling the merchandise or any knowledge of the merchandise or how to activate it and enter passwords it was at that point that I got very nervous and was questioning backing out of buying a new phone...

Customer service was fantastic! Holley was knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I'm thankful for this positive experience! Loosing a phone is never fun, holley really made life a lot easier!
