Visited the Kapahulu branch once before and was dissatisfied with the time it took to get service, also was told to pay for a new Sim card because the current Sim is mail function. However, this story kapiolani didn't charge a thing, all works fine and associate Kayla was great helping me.
Service is awful. You can make an appointment and will be waiting next to forever for an uninformed sales person who will add on things you decline to your plan. The Manager Joseph is useless and the reason the service level is substandard.
Their service has gone right out the window. No one wants to help you unless you have money to pay for a new service or product. If you're having trouble with anything don't even bother to walk -in. They'll just hurry you out the door. I was concerned with my new phone, but the sales associate person (whoever he was) came over and rushed through a terrible explanation of the problem. Each questions I had he would answer then finish with "Is that all?" in an irritated way. The Kapahulu branch or Ala Moana Branch is far better if you want to talk to someone in person. Those branches also have a shorter waiting time.
