i cant say that APN is the best alarm company thats out there, because I dont know how other alarm companies are. I have 2 accounts with APN and soon to have a 3rd. APN has good products and great service. the customer service is the main reason why i will continue to only use APN to protect my property.
Being a school, we have sometimes had requirements outside of the normal procedures, and APN has always been accommodating and attentive.
APN equipment is overpriced and the billing service is horrible. After having my alarm for about 8 or 9 months and having the bill on autopay I never received statements from the company and I even called and asked about it. I updated and verified my credit information and they continually said it was good. Seven months later I get a call that I owe them 400 dollars. Thanks APN. Go with Vivint or another more high end equipment dealer. The honeywell systems APN uses work but if you want a smart home you will have to pay a lot more to get it. Also the honeywell app is not very accurate and often freezes when trying to program it.
