A good Best Buy! It has magnolia beside it and store is very big. My experience was perfect because I just wanted to grab something for my Xbox and it was quick! Would recommend this to any local as it isn’t that accessible to travelers as it is 6~7 miles away from Waikiki.
Wow this Best Buy is great. The customer service was amazing and the workers really take pride in their work. They took the time to help me replace my go pro. It just made me want to purchase more.
This was the best store I have ever been to, the person we spoke to in the camera section definitely knew his stuff and was extremely pleasant and helpful who didn't mind going out of his way to help us. We are over from New Zealand and he even had a good understanding of what the cameras and accessories are available there. He is in all serious the best person we have talked to in all of Hawaii and New Zealand. I cannot recommend this enough, I only left about 5 minutes ago and we are already telling our photography friends all about it. I just cannon recommend this store enough...
One item putting our debit card in deficit. We are in Hawaii from Australia and now without money. We were on hold for over three hours and finally got through. Best Buy did not help at all saying it was our Australian bank’s fault. We have been on the phone for hours between the bank and Best Buy. They really should change their name.
This is my go-to place for all things electronic. I buy all my prepaid cell phones here, usually on special. The phones are much cheaper than they are at Verizon, not surprisingly. When I need a battery pack, accessories for my Kindle, and just about anything else, I am a best Buy girl. Everybody is always very helpful, especially in the cell phone Department oh, and they also go out of their way to help with activation. The Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and usually can answer questions easily. I got a computer on sale and they delivered it free. That is certainly an extra little bit of service I appreciated. I got a great refrigerator and microwave there also. I just realized my TV is from Best Buy! I never have had bad service, everyone is always courteous and polite. I recommend it highly!
