Clearly the iPhone is not working! Mic and GPS signal are not working!! They want 299$ for a replacement ? WTF is this? The manager wanted to explain me that it's not an apple mistake that the GPS and the mic is not working even if all other things are working totally fine!!

Staff hangs out in their own little clusters and chats while ignoring customers. If you get one to actually talk to you, they just suggest you direct your question to the website. Why do they need a dozen employees walking the floor if the only thing they are trained to do is tell you to go to the website? I didn't come to a brick and mortar store to go to a website, I could do that from home.
As Apple people would tell you: go buy your Apple stuff from the Apple store instead of buying it from Best Buy, the phone store or places like that. You will get the first hand information and service from these highly trained staff. I almost got my dad the Apple pen to accompany the Apple I-pad 2017 I got him. Good thing the Apple lady told me that the Apple pen only work on the Apple-pro. Hello. Thank you. She is not there to just sell me Apple stuff, but also to stop me from buying the wrong Apple stuff. I don't know, you either an Apple lover or an Apple hater. Can you be an Apple natural?

Beware that if you call the phone number for the store, you will hear an automated message that will send you to tech support. I don't know how to speak with the actual store to set up a Genius bar appointment because trying to do it through the Apple website results in a message that says we can not help you at this time.
