After visiting to get some clarification regarding my account, this is one store I'll probably never visit again. The agent was quite condescending and I just ordered a phone online - just so I wouldn't have to deal with people at the store.

When I signed up I was told I would be paying only $70.00/month. My current bill is $85.00/month. What a disappointment!
