Though my sales person did add insurance to my account without asking, they did remove it without much fuss which was relieving. They also did not push accessories too hard like many reps.
And will UPDATE THIS POST WITH THE RESULTS
3: they said I can get a refund cause I’m within the 14days, BUT the only problem is. If I return this phone, I won’t HAVE A PHONE Cause they sent it back to the warehouse! Therefore, I’m going to be left without a phone!when. Calling the store directly ask speaking with a manager, HE told me that there’s nothing he can do!
On 12/14 I went to this location. My provider was Verizon Wireless. The only reason my I wanted to switch from Verizon to sprint is because the sales agent said my bill will be a lot cheaper.. (that was FALSE) Secondly he suggested a promotional offer where i get my iPhone 8plus and my service and 3 other Moto phones are “FREE” that was also FALSE” it’s $40dollars for the 2 line and others is free.but in the store he said All is free..
I went to the store as soon as they opened- 9 am. Went to have my phone checked on because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The store manager took my phone in and I told him it was really important for me to get my phone back right away because I need it for work. I gave him my husband's phone number to call when they were done analyzing the phone. He said they would call within an hour to let me know when the phone would be ready to be picked up. No call after one hour. It was after 12 pm and I still didn't receive any calls so I decided to just go back to the store and check. When I got there, the employee had the phone ready. Nobody called, he said that there was no phone number that was left to call back! Apparently the store manager did not record the alternative number I gave him. There are 2 other phone numbers tied to my account. Why couldn't they try calling those? Very poor service. There are many employees just standing around chatting with each other. I had to wait (although not too long) to be serviced. It would be nice for the other employees to at least acknowledge the customer instead of just talking story with each other. I do not want to come back to this location. The store manager didn't even do his job right! Totally lame!

What a horrible experience at this location!
My story:
Brought my phone in for a repair. 1st the tech called me to come in and that my phone was fixed. I get there, and my phone is not fixed, they just noticed the problem that I explained was the issue. Basically didn't do anything and thought I was making it all up. 2nd they sent my phone off to the insurance repair company. They did not have a loaner to lend. No call for a week. I call them (Sprint Store) and they said the insurance company could not get in touch. I check my spouses phone for any calls . . . No calls from the insurance company. Sprint Store tells me to call them to find out what was going on (unusual). I call and the insurance company says they attempted to call 3x. I ask what number were they calling? Turns out the insurance company was calling the broken phone's number, then they say that the folks at the Sprint Store wrote that I was given a loner and I didn't. So I am currently waiting to get my still broken phone from Sprint's insurance company that does repairs just to send it back for repair. And yet no one is a fault. No apologies, no nothing. Amazing customer service.
Person who helped us initially told us repeatedly to go online or call the 1800 number for a new line of service. We returned later in the day and ended up getting 2 new lines with phones only because the online system crashed at checkout and 1800 was closed (time zones). Was told they would not honor the online/1800 waived activation fee in store. When inquiring the manager he offered zero help, consolation or reparation of any sort. Honestly I would have been satisfied with a discounted overpriced case but he decided to pass the buck and say he would contact his manager on my behalf.
With all the new promotions that is offered to you don’t believe a word they say cause it’s All a LIE! Whatever they say is FALSE, and there just trying to get you to sign up!
Also, my phone is covered under insurance. There appears to be cracks under the screen. They did not even address the issue or offer to replace the phone. Why even pay for insurance then?
Staff is always friendly and upselling. Service has been recently turned over to Asurion on-site and so far so good. The techs have been courteous and helpful.
Needless to say, impressively poor customer service overall. Would recommend you go to any other location, it's worth the drive.

WHEN CONTACTING my family attorney they explained to me in cases like this the store has to give me my phone back or something that’s comfortable to my old phone or a credit/on my account to what my old phones worth!!!
Just don’t get your self in this mess that I’m in! I’m currently trying to fix this problem and still at it!!
