Staff is friendly go out of their way to help! I like self service check out don't have to wait in line for a few things! Prices better than Costco. I just wish the had a better selection of Hispanic foods l have seen more than a year ago good job. It would be nice to see Spanish fruits vegetables like coconuts, yutia, yuca, poblano peppers just to mention a few or more can goods some Goya products. I'm just saying. So far Good Job!
Went to pick up a theater seat. None on the floor. Found Manny, he found the last one for me. And knew that there was one. Excellent job, Manny!!!

Two sams club on the island. Same company but both have different price. They don't even do price adjustment even when I bought two same items from both stores. Sams club, you suck!
I always enjoy shopping at Sam's Club in Honolulu. Just this one day a clerk of yours was very rude to me. I had walked to where the cigarettes are kept and proceeded to ask purchasing a carton. She was in the cage and I was outside. She asked a question and I could not here her clearly so she said didn't you hear what I said and I replied, No. I asked you what you wanted and I said, Cigarettes. Her comment: I can hear you and I said but the noise from the restroom area drowned out your question. She was rude and really cocky. this is the first time I have been treated by anyone at Sam's Club. I have kept the receipt for further reference. If she ever attempts to help me , I will walk away and find another associate. This incident occurred on 9/17/2017 at 1:30 pm. I still have my receipt. I will continue to shop at Sam's and not let this associate who I believe needs customer training deter me.
