I would give this store a 5 star for customer service, but 1 star for hosting their league of legends tournament. I took my son to join the tournament, he checked in, by himself, before 1:30pm, but he didn't get to play. I was told by one of their employees that 8 groups has checked in after my son, who does not have a group. So, even if u check in early, but a group came in and check-in, ur chances of joining this league, if ur by urself, is 0-1%. This is not fair at all! They should go back to grouping indiduals by their level and not by peers, because if u are not a member of any of this peers, u have no chance of playing the tournament. Microsoft Ala Moana, u might as well stop advertising this tournament. Just keep it to urselves and ur known groups!
Super helpful customer service and nice folks. Knowledgeable and understand you need some time to make a decision. Love being able to work with items before buying and the classes offered to support. They will help with issues but they are NOT the folks who pickup the phone at corporate call center tech support; this is the storefront with a different phone number. NEVER order from the website.
It is located on the second floor at Ala Moana shopping center (actually across the other side from the "other" computer/electronic store. The sales staff is always great; they're friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love that you can actually see, touch, and use the items before you purchase anything. It really makes a difference when you can physically compare by using the device.
Free & plentiful parking.
Super helpful customer service! Went there for the Xbox one X. It has a very quaint and sleek feel that makes you want to stay there. Would recommend to anyone. Located on the 2nd floor of the Ala Moana mall.
Now that Microsoft is producing products that are just as good or better than Apple's, I had to see for myself to see if this was true by visiting their store. Not only was I impressed on the quality of their desktops and laptops, I was happy to learn how supportive they are of the education market.
Solid products. Great people at this shop. Reasonable prices. Honors sales. No pressure but not invisible if you have any questions. Brinton is a total rock star; if you are in the shop, look for him.
