I really liked this car shop because Alex, the worker who helped me, was very nice and patient with all my questions. I am no car expert and have no experience doing any kind interior detail and Alex helped me find the right connections for the deck I wanted to install. The deck wasn't from the store but I bought the kit and harness from Alex and he gave great customer service because he made sure the aux connection from the deck worked before he charged me. He was quick with the installation and the aux connection worked out in the end, sealing the deal. He even gave me tips on how to prolong the deck from frying because my car has the AC installed right above my deck which produces condensation that drips onto the top of the deck. I definitely would recommend Beyond Limits to my friends who needed any help or parts for their car.
I worked in retail and the service industry for years before I became a professional, so I know what good customer service is and this place delivers. I like to support local businesses, but too often I walk into a small, locally owned joints and get treated like nobody cares for my business. And when I go to large chains like Bestbuy I get awesome personal service, but little chance of dealing one-on-one with someone that really knows the ins and outs of a piece of equipment. This place is the best of both worlds. I dealt directly with the owner of the business, was treated like my patronage mattered, was able to make a deal that suited my needs, and dealt with someone that really knew their stuff.
