Very slow service.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Agregious is the word I would habe to use to describe it. I went in for a simple phone purchase. So many things went wrong. I ended up having to leave ad the store closed over 2 hours after I had showed up. I left with my old phone because the employees were so incapable of transering and updating to the new phone. I cannot say in words how poor the service was. After talking with the manager he said there was nothing he could do for me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever, and I will definitely be switching carriers.
Have a berry large business account through AT&T and have great experience everywhere I go and have always had great staff when I need help
