There's a lot of self checkouts, so it's convenient if you're just picking up a few items. You can scan your own gift cards when you earn Target Gift Cards for certain offers. You can also scan your cartwheel offers which helps save you a bit more!
The workers were helpful, and if they didn't know, they asked another employee and got back to us.
I like the store and so glad for the option, but over a month with none of the $.o.99 shopping bags is ridiculous.
Was at the Ala Moana Target today. Around 4:30 PM I saw a man put multiple boxes of the most expensive golf ball in his personal buggy. He covered them up to hide then as he made his way to the entrance I alerted the store employees who were less then concerned. This shoplifters went so far as to pass by the security scanners and when they didn't go off he made his way to the exit. I finally found the "one and only" security person and was told "there is only one of me what can I do". In reality he was more concerned in showing a lady where to find the trash cans than to follow up with loss of easily $250. Seems they could care less if shoplifters go there. Enjoy 2018.
Did my New Year’s Eve shopping here. I spent two hours picking up all I need. Only to find out at the cashier that the whole store run out of bags!! What!! I don’t mind paying for the bags.. but no no bags at all. Can you imagine the mess!! Target planning for the holidays is terrible. Totally disappointed. Never happened to me at Wall Mary.
We were finally able to go to the Ala Moana Target store. We walked around a lot to look at items we were shopping for and just to look around. Fortunately, it wasn't as busy like the other Target stores so we were able to browse and shop without having to dodge and go around people.
Guest Service Personnel on 10/31/17--absolutely rude female. Online order NEVER processed-they had all day! Rude and no reason as to why it was not handled. Basically told not to call back and they could not get to and it might be two days. I could have and should have gone to AMAZON or Wal-mart! The people are horrible and service is non-existent.
