What a waste of my time. Did my research online in advance and found an item (roasting pan with rack) that showed as "in store" on the bed bath beyond official website. Showed up and was told that "in store" means they have it in the Pearl City Warehouse and can order it for me. How does having it in the warehouse equate to available "in store"? There was also no alternative product in the whole store. "We typically have that during Thanksgiving time for turkeys" was the response from the store clerk. Does no one else make roasts during non-Thanksgiving season? No apologies from the staff whatsoever for a frustrating experience.
Floor staff was helpful but employees working at the register have zero people skills. The last time I tried to buy something the manager, who was apparently training the cashier, frowned at me telling me "we'll get to you shortly." I just put the item back and left the store. Customers shouldn't be scolded for approaching an open register.

I have been to many bed bath amd beyonds and never have I encountered such rude staff! Non attentive, no customer service or willingness to help. I do not recommend purchasing from this location.
